This exterior refresh focused on restoring and enhancing the character of the property. Works included repairs to leadwork, restoration of the timber bay windows, filling and repairing areas where the brickwork had eroded, and replacing the brick pathway. A new colour scheme was chosen to sit in harmony with neighbouring properties while still giving the house a fresh, identifiable look.
